It's name pretty much tells everything. -.- Oh, Creed is an administrator, but he's just here to help me. 
And "Prime Minister" isn't like this worlds type of Prime Minister. The Prime Minister is the person who becomes king/queen if the current ruler dies without any children, but when they do, the Prime Minister is pretty much fired...unless the child dies and has no siblings...
If you are the Prime Minister, you don't have to worry, becuase you have the option of playing said child. :3 And the Captain is the person who takes care of soldiers and knights and other people who fight in wars and stuff. The scribe records everything, from writing todays current advents in his/her diary, to neatly jotting down important speeches and actions. The scribe is also a major Late Moon Gazette reporter. You still get to keep your Prime Minister character if you want.

Once you have been made said Important Rank, you (or me, if you want) shall write it down on your Custom Title.
NOTE: You cannot be a queen or king unless the king or queen before you approves it. Like, say you want to be the king of Phoenix's, but there's already a queen. As you know, a king and a queen is a married couple ruling a country, and it wouldn't be fair if you all of the sudden became a person's spouse. So, it is up to the queen to decide if she wants you to be her king. If she says "yes" you can't be automatically king, you will get the position of administrator but you and the queen will have to meet, get to know each other, and you to propose to her to get married and you become king. Okay?
DOUBLE NOTE: You can only have ONE Important Ranking character! Like so, I'm Queen of Dragons, so, I can't be Butler of the Coryll, or any other position. THIS APPLIES TO ALL OF US.

Admin - Gets to moderate not just the boards in their country, but ALL the boards they want, approve applications, and make skins.
Global Mod - Gets to moderate the boards in their country and the boards in General, and approve applications.
Mod - Moderates the boards in their country.
P.S. If there is a king or queen already shown (ex. Queen Raeoki) and you would like to apply to be a king or queen of the same country, first ask them. As you know, kings and queens are spouses, and nobody likes logging in one day to realize they have a spouse that they had never met before. Remember, only people of the opposite gender are allowed to marry here!
If the king or queen before you disapproves of having a spouse, you can always apply for another position.
